I’m Dr. Arian Izadi—a dentist, pharmacist, and nervous system re-training coach specialising in teeth grinding.

My journey in healthcare has always been driven by a deep curiosity about the human body and mind. I earned degrees in both pharmacy and dentistry, but despite my success, something felt missing. I wanted to help people address the root causes of their issues—not just manage symptoms.

Rather than accepting conventional explanations like ADHD and dyslexia as limitations, I explored the deeper mechanisms behind nervous system regulation, focus and motivation. My unique educational background, combined with personal experience, led me to develop a distinctive approach to the mind-body connection—centred on the nervous system.

Now, I teach others how to harness their nervous system, manage anxiety, and improve cognitive function using science-backed strategies—no fluff.

How did I get here?

First, I had to help myself. But I didn’t know how or where to start, so I decided to complete a Level 7 Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing (CPCAB), studied Polyvagal Theory by Stephen Porges, revisited my old textbooks, and took a deep dive into my own nervous system. I believed there had to be a resolution within myself—I just didn’t know how to find it.

As I worked through my own journey, I began helping people with ADHD and anxiety—challenges I knew intimately. However, I noticed something unexpected: many of them also struggled with teeth grinding (as I had done), and as their nervous system balance improved, their grinding reduced dramatically. That caught my attention.

Along the way, I discovered something powerful—not just for myself, but for others too.

This is why I do what I do—to help people not only find relief but also gain control over their nervous system, transforming their health from the inside out.

About me

Key Stages of Nervous System Re-training

Stage 1 - Awareness:

  • Learning how to interpret signals from your nervous system

  • Practical exercises to improve signal detection(CBT), including introduction of targeted breathing techniques.

  • Insights into why failure occurs when picking up new habits.

Stage 2 - Action:

  • Taking control of body energy tap, re engineering week to optimise energy levels

  • Deep dive into the connection between the dopamine system, nutrition and motivation, with a special focus on how processed foods impact dopamine and exercise engagement.

  • Exploration of how different substances, such as caffeine and alcohol, influence dopamine states VS stress states.

  • Reattempts of foundational exercises from the Awareness stage to track progress.

Stage 3 - Adjustment:

  • Re-engineering of week

  • Observable improvements in nervous system health, measured through both qualitative and quantitative methods:

    • Qualitative: Participant-reported changes in emotional states and daily experiences.

    • Quantitative: Measurable increases in Heart Rate Variability (HRV) using devices like Apple Watches. Previous participants have seen HRV improve by 40%–60%!

  • Introduction of specific AminoAcids, Precursors, and sometimes even herbal medicines

Why It Works:

This program is rooted in Science, especially from PolyVagal and Psychoneuroimmunology, a field that explores the powerful connection between emotions, the nervous system, and immune health. By addressing these systems holistically, you'll gain practical tools to reduce stress, build resilience, and thrive in any situation.
