Collection
Willerby Dental Care will contact you after enrolment to ask the initial questions and arrange your initial 20-minute consultation with Dr Arian and collection. Enrolment does not provide a walk-in collection time.
Collection is from Willerby Dental Care, 81 Kingston Road, Willerby, HU10 6AH. Opening hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30. Bring your TAN enrolment reference and do not travel until the appointment is confirmed.
No delivery
The bundle is collection only. No shipping or delivery option is available.
Product information and final review
The practice provides the product information in person and arranges the final 20-minute review during the initial consultation.
Cancellation
Contact Willerby Dental Care on 01482 656656 and quote your TAN reference if you wish to cancel. The practice can cancel the enrolment and release the allocated bundle.
